Client: Swaythling Housing Association This scheme comprised the construction, on a design and build basis, of three storey mixed development of offices on the ground floor, for occupation by New Forest District Council, Citizens Advice Bureau and New Milton Town Council, together with twelve upper floor flats for rented accommodation. The works also included alterations to the existing public car park and demolition of the former Council offices on the site.
