| Client: | Mr Eric Verdon-Roe | This project involved the refurbishment and remodelling of a dilapidated three-storey house constructed of cavity brickwork with a timber framed roof and tiles. Works included the construction of a part two-storey extension in cavity construction to the side of the house, and a single storey, timber framed extension to the rear. Further included within the scope of the works was the construction of an entrance canopy, a new garage building, various internal and external structural alterations and repair to the existing building. Windows were replaced with new timber framed double glazed units; installation of hot water and heating systems, electrical installation, fire alarms, lighting and security system. Ancillary work included external services, drainage and hard landscaping. |
