| Client: | Milford on Sea Community Assn | This scheme was a demanding, bespoke timber framed project, situated in a busy village centre location. Following demolition work the new structure (which occupies over 90% of the site area) was erected involving the temporary closure of the highway and adjacent public car park. The project included a bio-mass boiler and natural ventilation provisions, together with a 'grass' roof solution to the non-pitched areas. The completed building provides facilities for youth clubs, performances, social and community functions, and is a new focal point for village activities. |
