This existing private member sports and fitness club was transferred to public use, and required substantial remodelling to reflect its new use. The two existing swimming pools and changing village were completely replaced and modernised (including the entire subterranean structure of the pools), together will all associated mechanical and electrical installations.

Improvement and enhancement of fenestration included a number of bespoke large curved rooflights over the pool area. The existing ground floor reception area and cafe, together with the first floor fitness suite/studios remained in full use throughout the course of the project.
