Client: Middleton & Portway Estates

Ridgeway Barns was an existing collection of dilapidated flint/brick farm buildings located on the Middleton & Portway Estate. Our works comprised the complete refurbishment of the existing buildings including complete roof replacement, installation of new intermediate steel framed floor structures and structural underpinning. Areas of existing brick and flint walling were reconstructed and roof coverings utilised the existing slates.

Internally, the barns were remodelled to provide three high specification and unique residential units, maintaining as much of the existing structure and features as possible. Individual gardens and landscaped areas were created from the existing farmyards.
