This project comprised the demolition of three existing dwellings, site clearance and the design and construction of twenty-one two bed and twelve one bed apartments for rent, in five three-storey blocks, together with parking, external works and landscaping. The apartments utilise various modern forms of construction, including profiled sheet roofing and stainless steel mesh clad stair enclosures.

 Particularly demanding site conditions included the steeply sloping nature of the site, its close proximity to Winchester city centre, and its inclusion within a conservation area.
