Client:	Middleton & Portway Estates	This scheme comprised the construction of a new 5-bedroom farmhouse in traditional style, and the conversion of an existing barn complex to provide two substantial dwellings for private rent. The conversion of the barns required sympathetic treatment of the existing structure to ensure that the finished building blended with the surrounding environment, whilst still enabling the interiors to be finished in a contemporary style.
